We are here to help you regulate, not to profit from your personal information. We do not, and will never, sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Your Reflections are Private
Any somatic tracking, mapping, or reflections you write within our digital or printed systems stay strictly with you. We have no way to see or access the work you do inside the workbooks.

We may occasionally send you emails regarding your purchase or new somatic tools we’ve developed. You can opt-out of these updates at any time with one click.
